Just under way. LexCath received and have driven from own 26 to BG 33.

LexCath converts on 4th down and then gets an 18 yd TD pass to go up 7-0. 7:58 1st.

Offenses have ruled the day so far. Bowling Green has to convert a 3rd and a 4th down, but cap a 55 yd drive with an 11 yard TD reception by Nacarius Fant. Hayes faked a run off the bootleg, freeing Fant for a wide open TD. 7 all, 3:55 1st.

LexCath gain drives into BG territory but goes the wrong way on three straight plays. One a long sack, another a 15 yd penalty. Their punt does not get back to the original LOS. BG starts on own 46.

7 all after one quarter. BG will have a 4th and 1 from the LexCath 45 when the second begins.

7 - 7 q1

Well there's something you don't see every day. Refs set it on the wrong 45 to start the 2nd, initially setting up at the BG 45. It took them about 3 minutes to figure it out.

Tipped pass leads to a BG INT and they score two plays later on a 1 yd plunge. 14-7 BG 9:18 2nd.

LexCath goes 3 and out and gets a fortunate 15 yd bounce on the punt. BG starts on own 27.

BG likewise goes three and out despite a near giveaway on a substitution infraction on 4th and just over 5. LexCath on own 30. 5:12 left in half.

Hayes hits Fant for a 9 yd TD pass and BG gets a huge TD in the closing seconds of the half. They lead 21-7 with 25 seconds remaining. They will receive to open the second half.

21-7 at the half.

Hayes to Fant for a 75 yard TD on the second play of the half. The rout is on. 27-7 BG.

I said in prediction thread plan, execute, discipline was needed by Lexcath.

1Q - yes

Since - no

BG is killing LexCath now. Hayes scrambles, throws a pass that should've been picked, Fant gets it running back towards LOS, gets huge block, 50 yd TD.
