End of first quarter

Cumberland 9

Corbin 5

Very low scoring but it seems to be that Corbin is not getting a second look on offense due to Desmond Johnson snagging every defensive rebound. Coach P will have to develop some strategy to contain the big sophomore. If I am not mistaken Johson has missed 5 free throws to his fault.

Johnson hits 2 fts to start 2nd, gets the inbound steal.

Swim out at the top of the key trying to guard Johnson. Big mismatch!

Foul on Josh Hamlin

6:09 in the 2nd

Cumberland 13

Corbin 5

Johnson gets offensive rebound of his own miss and puts it up and in for his 6th point. Looking like he will have a double double by halftime at this rate. The kid is for real.

Hounds need to stress getting Crawford the ball.

Swim turns and shoots and blocked again by Johnson.

Johnson goes to bench for a breather so Corbin needs to attack. Radio says Cumberland has nobody over 6 feet in the game. Corbin needs to protect the basketball and quit turning it over.

Devon Rogers and Deke Barley getting minutes for the Hounds playing in front of their Harlan County family.

Deke Barley with 8 points for the Hounds.

14-12 Skins with 2:14 left in half.

24- 18 Cumberland 4:50 in the 3rd. 2 threes by the skins after Corbin goes zone. Johnson just hit 2 fts to extend it. Corbins basket came on a Josh Hamlin layup.

Crawford has turned it on and scored the last 9 points for the Hounds after being scoreless in the first half.
