How do you determine what losers of the first round games play who in the second round (elimination game)? Like for instance, If Boyle beats Estill (first round match up next week) then what loser would Estill play in the elimination bracket?

look at past brackets and see that losers drop straight down (top bracket games fall into top losers bracket games in order), so Loser of 8/6

It's weird that the bracket doesn't have the losers in it. Here is a link to the 2012 tournament bracket, which I assume is the same pattern that will be followed this year.

Estill County would appear to play the loser of the Region 8/Region 6 game, which would be Oldham County/Butler/Mercy. A win there would put them playing the winner of Game 10, which would be one of the four teams from Regions 1, 5, 11, or 7.
