The only time I know is GC and Collins.

Collins got a very good draw. I like their chances against Gallatin. I know Gallatin beat them 14-4 earlier this season but Collins has come a long way since that game. Not only has Gallatin hardly played any games this year, but the competition they have played is terrible. Collins has played a much tougher schedule and has played a lot more games and it has payed off as they have really improved. The two best teams in the region will meet in the semifinals. The Anderson/Oldham game will determine the champion.

I agree, they are a good team and are definitely the favorites. However, I do think that Collins can beat them.

I can't disagree with your logic, but I bet GC thinks they gat a good draw too. They have a great opportunity to be in the finals.

Really all 4 teams probably think they got a good draw. Anytime you can stay away from Oldham and Anderson you have to feel good about your draw.

The bottom bracket is loaded. Those in the top should be grateful that Anderson and Oldham are in the same bracket.

I would not underestimate GC...yes they haven't played as many games and the comp they would have liked but thays not the kids fault. Doesnt mean the GC kids are not working hard on there own. I know one of them was in their garage the other night at 11:30 hitting and taking grounders. Several of them were in CO last summer playing some of the best competition in the country. They have another that plays for the sluggers who are one of the top programs in the midwest if not the country.

 

IMO the fact the GC played so little games towards the end of the season is just a shame...some of it may have been unavoidable due to weather but I know several people who have told me they have reached out to their coach on nice days for a game and didn't recieve a response back. Thats not the kids fault.
