We won the prelim hearing last week. Court or settle for Insight now from what I am told. We'll see how that goes...

Okay what does that mean?

 

Basically will the areas that do not get to see CPC now ever get it back and will any areas that get to see CPC now lose it in the future?

If CPC wins Erlanger, Union, Florence, Walton and Crescent Springs will no longer get CPC. Or at least that's what I read from it. Newport and any other City in CC that gets it now would lose CPC as well. It would do nothing for getting it back in Ft Thomas as far as I know because CC has an Access Center that runs the Fort. I'm sure it could allow the CC Board to go after the same to get Ft Thomas turned back on, but I know they don't have the resources CPC/TBNK does to fight this. If it's a settlement (which sounds most logical) who knows. Just to be clear, that's how I read it, and not a view from CPC...
