It saddens me to see many players sitting on Cov Caths bench that DO NOT "ever" get the varsity play time that should, especially with some of the stats I keep track of thanks to the Cov Cath followers on this site, i.e., at bats, hits, steals, throws outs, strike outs, etc.. HS players that give everything they have for their team troughout the whole year should be given the opportunity to play and "prove" themselves. SAD!
