Final from Florence.

I couldn't make this one so I sent my scout (who happens to also be my daughter).

She said both pitchers pitched really well. Fast game. She said Smith looked good from the mound and the batter's box. Said Boone put the ball on the bat a few times but hit "atom" balls.

Is Smith NDA's 1 now?

Smith had as many hits as Boone did - 4.

Was she ever not there #1?

Haylee has beating everyone in the region on two different teams, I would say she has earned the label as the best pitcher in NKY.

Could be. I wasn't sure if she was or the youngster was.

Congrats to Haylee, she's probably the only one who could put a stop to DK (Dallis Knotts for those not in the loop :lol2:) and the Rebels.

Unless Bracken County finds a way to get in the 9th region tourney it looks like NDA is going to be the big favorite.

St Henry said they believe you are wrong!

Congrats to the Pandas and Haylee!

Congrats. Another big win for ND and another solid performance from Smith, but yet a total team victory. This should wrap up the conference championship for ND. Once again Smith proves she is the best pitcher in NKY.

Does NDA have 2 of the top pitchers in the region with Smith and Jones?

No.

How about Bartles and James?
