Rain in the Lexington area have delayed the scheduled 8:30am start time of the Sunday morning semi-finals games. NCC and Hazard were slated to play in that contest.

 

An update was scheduled to be published at 10am, but has not been forthcoming.

 

Maybe someone at the games could fill us in.

Not in Lexington but I pulled up the NWS weather map and it isn't looking good in Lexington to play today.

looks like about 2 inches of rain scheduled for lex today thru tomorrow night. Not sure if they will get anything in.

All of the Sunday games have now been postponed until Tuesday, with the sites to be announced.

 

Too bad that they weren't able to get them in today. There must be a weather band somewhere between Northern Kentucky where we have experienced very little rain Saturday and today, through Lexington and Louisville, where they have now cancelled the "A" games and run the Kentucky Derby on a sloppy racetrack.

This could benefit the Breds with Josh Cain being able to pitch again.
