Football is King at Trinity. That is why its a "Football School". The majority of the resources, commitments etc. go into football. Trinity used to have a baseball field on campus, but opted for a new football stadium.... You see, its all Football. That's fine, just don't pretend to be committed to the other sports without the facilities...

Out of curiosity....where was that baseball field?

Home plate was roughly in the area where the visitors side restrooms are and the field extended toward the home side of the football field. The left field line extended to the area where the scoreboard is now. The visitors side football bleachers were removed for baseball and the home side grandstand served as part of the outfield fence, as I recall. Of course, the football field served as a good portion of the outfield. The installation of the artificial turf football field was a Godsend for all the "field" sports except baseball.
