Just noticed on the listserv that Shelby Valley is looking for a new head coach. What happened there?

I couldnt be further removed from that situation.

 

But, when Booher left right after he won it all; that said all I needed to know and that it would probably be hard shoes to fill.

 

Usually (unless they are just able to retire), when a coach leaves a school after taking it on a ride like SV had that year, it means one thing: They've reached the top of the mountain and there is no place to go, but down. Coaches understand that; but Jimmy and Joe along with their parents and other fans, don't.
