Boyd County has been playing well. Ashland after a rough stretch has been playing well. Russell has had it's ups and downs, but is capable of beating anybody in the region. Rowan County and Fleming County are going to be tough outs. This might be one of the most exciting 16th Region tournaments in recent history. It should be fun.
