That will NOT be the case for Fogle, I can promise you that. Whichever school he chooses is getting one of the premiere athletes in the state of KY.

Anything is possible and can happen with walk ons. If a University valued an athletes talent to get him there , they would offer some sort of scholarship. Even if it's 25 or 50%.

 

I would think other smaller D1 schools would be interested in him. Are those the two schools that he has his heart set on?

D1 schools have to be 100% scholarship, or no scholarship. They can not offer partial scholarships.
