39-29 WC up 5:22 in the third. TO BG.

Checked on facebook, I believe his father is Bob Stivers. Former math teacher at BGHS and current math professor at WKU.

I had Mr. Stivers for math at BG. Junior and Senior years. That's awesome. Even more awesome that he has a high school aged kid.

If that's the case then Scott is his brother. That's a big difference in age.

Bob Stivers was my coach. That cat has to be at least 70...

No doubt. He was (ahem) older when I was in high school.

Purples have made 5 three-pointers thus far. I believe Fant has 3 of those. Announcers not giving WC stats. :notworthy:

They're winning. We don't need their stats.

49-39 WC end third.

57-43 WC 4:30 in the fourth.

Purples have gone ice cold from 3. Haven't hit one in the second half, but have easily shot 8+ so far this half. WC up 14 still.

Purples fans are heading to the doors. WC up 62-47 1:35 left in the fourth.

This will be the first regular season sweep since 2006-7 season I believe.

Yup, the year I graduated. Man was I there during the glory years of basketball. BG decided to pick the pace up this game, opening up in the full-court press and they had a little luck but not a lot. Doesn't help that BG couldn't through a rock in the ocean that second half.

Game just went final, 68-49 WC victory. Pouring the Makers now.
