Cov. Cath. 1968 Regional Championship Team

The northern Kentucky edition of the Cincinnati Enquirer (page 2 of the Kentucky Section) had a great shot of a recent reunion of Covington Catholic's 1968 Regional Championship Team.

One of the players on the team is a friend of my brother-in-law. I have talked to him at numerous family parties and had no idea he played on the team.

It was great to see Coaches Mote Hills and Hep Cronin. I also noticed a familiar face in the first row. Ever mindful of Rule 5, I will not identify him but let's just say this Guy is an Old favorite.

Did Hep Cronin ever have a head coaching job in Ky?

Hep was not a head coach at CCH. I think he was only a head coach in Cincinnati (Roger Bacon, Oak Hills, LaSalle.)
