Only important point of this game is the health of the big boy from Nicholas that smacked the back of his head on the floor. 20 minute delay. EMTs showed up and took him off on the stretcher. He did give a "thumbs up" as he was going out. Scary.

With that said I can't tell you how bad it was sitting by the mom of a coach of Nicholas County. I felt bad for the coach. Had to be embarrassing.

Nice to see Hemmerich shoot the ball well tonight for the Cougars. Hope he can duplicate that effort tomorrow night. Hope that boy from NC is ok. Don't see to many kids wheeled off on a stretcher in a bb game.

Nice team win for Conner. A lot of contributors on both ends of the floor. Also would like to pass along my best wishes for the NC kid. His head hit hard but it looked like he is going to be OK.

 

Big game for Conner tomorrow to see how much they have improved since CovCath drilled them two weeks ago. I anticipate a much better game with an improving Conner team and the addition of Barker back in the line up.

One of her outbursts actually scared the crap out of my buddy sitting next to me who was looking down and didn't have fair warning that a play just happened that might set her off. He almost fell out of his seat.
