Picked DeSales because I have a business aquaintance that has a son playing for DeSales.

I know Caldwell runs the spread what does DeSales run?

What are the best or signature games for each team this season?

With Owensboro Cath, Murray, Glasgow and CAL seemed to be the top or trendy picks to come out of the west, but all 4 sit home watching Caldwell Co and DeSales. Congrats on both to winning their respective regions!!! I hope to see one of you in Bowling Green!

It should be a close game. Caldwell co. contains the Bryd kid it will be a close game. Desales doesn't have a passing game. watch them at Glasgow and passing is skeptic. Defense is slow thats why i think the spread gives them problems. Do they have the intensity of the old head coach sander.don't know much about Davis. Sander always bought them to the table with hard nose football.

DeSales 20-13.

Haven't seen 'em, but pulling for the Colts for my South Side buddies.

Is there alot of parking at fairdale. Never been there. I know I-65 to gene snyder then take fairdale exit. I am driving from the south.

Murray put a hurt on Caldwell's offense because of Murray's overall team speed on defense. Mayfield did the same.

On the other hand, Caldwell's offense has shredded slower defenses this season. If DeSales doesn't have that much speed, and I don't think they have Murray or Mayfield speed, then I like Caldwell's chances to break some big plays and score some points.

Caldwell's defense will have its hands full with the Byrd kid. However, I think DeSales will have to throw the ball a little bit to open up its running game. Caldwell's last two opponents, Hancock County and Murray, were lousy in the passing department. That allowed Caldwell to fill the box and have a chance at making some stops.

I think we see some big plays and some points scored this week, unless we get some sloppy weather.

Caldwell 42-28.

DeSales QB, Nathan Roush, is an excellent and overlooked player. Outstanding runner and, when you start to stack the box, he has the ability to hit a TE or WR in a seam for a score. I look for Roush to play up to the significance of the game, and DeSales wins a close game.
