Simon raced out to a 39 to 0 halftime lead and let off the gas in the second half.

Wow glad to see they finally played this game.

I agree.

Simon looked pretty good. Don't get me wrong here, Boone was absolutely pathetic, but Simon was well coached and sharp for a JV squad.

What is the mood of the Boone parents? Will they tolerate the status quo?

Believe it or not I pretty much keep to myself at the games although last night at the varsity game I sat with Coach Thompson's wife and we chatted away the whole night like best buddies.

On the parents, I haven't met a happy one yet.

Coach Thompson's wife is my eldest son's aide. It is sad that she has to sit with the fans of the opposition. I admire them both as people, but the Boone kids are getting left behind at a moment when they have the talent to compete.

I am a big Mark Brown fan but I didn't have any John Hardin gear on last night...
