CatFanatic Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 I was looking at GC's schedule. What do you think about them having 10 days off going into the All A? I know they will be well rested, but I have never been a fan of setting idle for that long. It makes one rusty. I know they are having a great season so far, I would hate to see them not play their best because of a long rest.

At first I thought this might be a problem but after I thought about it this is a perfect time to incorporate different sets and work on different defenses that it is going to take to win the class "a" region........But i definately see what your saying look what happened to the colts :ylsuper:
Mack The Knife Posted January 17, 2006 Posted January 17, 2006 At Gallatin, it has been the practice to not schedule a boys game during the girls tournament and vice versa. Both teams need all the support they can muster. I noticed that Walton-Verona and Eminence are the only schools to schedule a game during the girls tournament. However, the Bearcats game is Thursday and will not conflict with the girls game on Friday. Since Gallatin drew a bye they will have more time off than the other schools. The good thing about the bye is Gallatin only has to win 2 games. The bad thing is either Carroll or Walton will already have a game under their belt.
CatFanatic Posted January 18, 2006 Author Posted January 18, 2006 That was a tough draw for all three schools.
