Deming 2012/2013

Basketball season for 2012/2013 should provide another exciting year. What should we expect from Deming ? Remember, please be constructive.

Gone are Calvin Schalch, J. Pilosky, Jacob Curtis to graduation. Dalton Schalch has decided he will not be back, wishes to concentrate on his golf game.

Returning are Dawson Cooper, Tyler Burns, D. Edwards. I posted about this team in the 38th District thread.

Devilman, does the team have any size or will they be heavily guard-oriented?

Mostley guards playing, the only one with any height is Edwards. He'll mostly play inside, but can step outside and shoot the trey. Dawson Cooper has improved over the summer.

Season hasn't started yet and we have 2 players down. Justin Pilosky(Johnathen's brother) is down 2-4 wks with a high ankle sprain he started a few last season games and the 38th District Tournament. D.Hesler with a knee injury.

Went to the Black and White game last night, they looked pretty good they havew some new faces, along with some we remeber, Humphries boy is really an athlelete that is fun to watch, he did some flips over 1,2, 3 of his teamates last night and looks to get some playing time, A. Fooks has improved his game hitting 3 treys in a row. Dawson Cooper looks like he's ready, D. Edwards has a great looking outside 3pt shot that looks pretty sweet. Tyler Burns is quick little guard that may give a few opposing players fits.
