Coach Harp played alot of young guys on defense in the second half again and Green Co. rolled up 300 yards on the ground. To the GC radio announcers GC didn't get that second half yardage on Danville's 1st team Defense as you said on the radio. GC #20 great player with good speed. My biggest concern is JK Howard was injured in the first half and did not play in the second half, the word is He injured his thumb on the hand He already had a cast on. Hopefuly He is OK.

Good win and glad this one is over. Green has a great football environment and possibly the best kept secret in KHSAA football in running back Evan Jaggers. Kid is lethal in the open field.

 

Ads looked better than the previous two efforts but still have yet to play four quarters of football. That must change in two weeks. Somerset does not surrender much on defense and has just enough offense too win against struggling teams. My guess is though that the Jumpers will find themselves by then and be firing on all cylinders.

JK Howard plays Center on Offense and Tackle on defense, He is a very important piece of the puzzle for the ADS to go deep in post season. He is usually the biggest player out on the field 6' 4" 300+.

Danville has an open date this Friday and then plays Somerset at home the next Friday. I haven't heard any updates yet on his status for returning to play.
