St. Henry hung on to win, but made a close game out of what should have been a double digit win by missing 8 of 10 free throws down the stretch. Brandon Lenhof led St. Henry with 21 points, Ben Kolkmeier added 17. Travis Huffman had about 16 for Conner.

Good start to District play for the Crusaders.

From the look of things St. Henry will be back in the regional tournament IMO.

A good win for the Cru and with that a big one. Very big to get off to a good start in the district expecially against one of the favorites.

Isn't Conner like 3-8 or something like that? I mean, don't get me wrong, it's an impressive win @ Conner, but I agree with CrusaderFan, this should have been a double-digit win going away.

Cru moves to 9-5 on the season with a big matchup against Boone Cty next week.
