Hmm...I didn't realize that.
If it's a concern I'd get a second generation which is 75% poodle and 25% Lab or Golden Retriever. You'll reduce the risk quite a bit.

Yep, doesn't matter now. They advertise them as minimal shedding anyway. Mutt or not, by far the smartest pup we have ever seen. Not even close.
Me too. Simba learns and solves problems unlike any dog I've been around.

I strongly advocate adoption of a rescue. My phobic mutt is second in my heart to only my children.
