Mason vs Pendleton

Featured Replies

Can Mason match up with Pendleton? John Elrod just took over the game against Brossart. How can Mason slow him down.?

Pendleton sure is a very talented team that showed they can overcome big defecits. I think they were 14 down at one point. They are good!!Brossart has a solid team as well. The Regional tournament should be great with the talent this year.

The young Royals are big underdogs but if play hard, have fun and are not intimidated the title game could be a very good game to watch.

GO ROYALS!!

Mason by 2.By the way i would like to wish luck to the Freshman team tomm also in LexCath tourny for those that dont know this Freshman team for Mason is 72-0 since there 6th grade year so the future looks great also.

I don't think its just Elrod to worry about. He had 25 tonight, last night it was Belcher with 24 and Elliot with 20. Mains is also able to put up big numbers. So many threats.

PC will have to stop Miller. If their defense is tough Mason will have a hard time beating the Wildcats. If Elrod stays hott than it could be trouble for Mason. I think Elliott and Turner will be a good matchup down low. If Elliot is stopped than Hurrikane will have his back.

GO Cats!!!!

Mason Co. is very hard to beat on their home floor and in their own tournament. I believe they have won this tourney the last 5 years. I'm not gonna predict who wins, but I will say the game will either be a blowout or a very close game.

Pendleton Co. is coming off of two tough games against Campbell Co. and Bishop Brossart, while Mason Co. has had an easier road to the finals. Hopefully fatigue doesn't hit the Wildcats early tonight. It should be a good game to watch.

Probable Starters:

Mason Co. (10-3)

G Tyreese Scott

G Russ Middleton

G Brad Pawsat

F Darius Miller

F Mikah Turner

Pendleton Co. (9-2)

G Tyler Mains

G Jon Elrod

G Terry Davis

F Kane Belcher

F Pat Elliott

It should be a fun time at the Fieldhouse on Saturday night. :D
