June 3, 201214 yr Not sure where else to put it. UK had a heartbreaker last night losing 7-6 in 21 innings! Some kid through I think it was NINE relief innings for the CATS! UofL won not sure the score. The Cats bounced back and won today. One of my old QB's and hometown Freshman Chandler Shepherd got his first ever save for UK throwing three shutout innings the last 3 innings. Purdue is the one seed but was down. They play the loser of Kent ST/ Purdue tomorrow then play again tomorrow night I think. Would play again Mon if they win twice tomorrow. UofL takes on 1 seed Arz tonight around 11. UofL is a 3 seed but very capable of bouncing a #1. Would love to see both teams continue on! SC/Clemson was one heck of a game. SC came from behind and won in the 12th I think it was.
June 3, 201214 yr UK's catcher has caught 30 innings the last 24 hours btw!! That's crazy! The other guy has a hamstring problem so he might be catching 3 more games in 2 days!
June 3, 201214 yr Cats catch a break. Kent St upset #1 seed Purdue. KY will play Purdue at 4:00 today on the Big10 Network. Will only have to beat Purdue once instead of twice. If they win the have to beat Kent St twice I think.
