The Bearcats improve their record to 15-7 with a 5-inning victory over visiting Pendleton County. :thumb:

Pendleton County drops to 8-8 on the season and plays host to Nicholas County on Tuesday.

Heard the first 7 runs for Walton-Verona were unearned. Ouch.

Yeah it seems to be a familiar pattern. Fall behind 8-1 after 2 giving up 7 unearned runs and it takes the life out of you. Pendleton needs the effort they put forth against Pulaski County on a consistent basis. Walton Verona has a pretty good little ball club too.

I don't know much about Walton outside of that Dustin Cottrell is a stud. Pendleton had three starters gone on senior trip as well.
