April 23, 201214 yr #2 this morning at Village. 41-1 on Kill Confirmed. Care to share some details? What was your class/perks? Camp an area? Congrats.
April 23, 201214 yr Author Care to share some details? What was your class/perks? Camp an area? Congrats. MK 14 Assault Rifle w/Red Dot and Silenced FMG9(I think, but didn't use it) Portable Radar Claymore Perks - Extreme Conditioning, Hardline, SitRep Specialist Killstreak - Assassin, Scavenger, Recon I was all over the map, but for the most part stayed on the cave side of the creek. I had a couple close calls and got really lucky in one engagement. I knew there were two guys coming, but there actually were 3. Had the third guy had any skills at all, I'd have been dead. He let me dance and reload right in front of him, he hit me with a couple of shots, one more and I'd have been done. I start every match trying to get a MOAB. In this match, I died after 6-7 kills and thought it was over. I really didn't even think about getting one until I got to about 18-19 straight kills. This is twice I've gotten one playing solo without any friends in the lobby. I do get a little "campy" when I'm solo. But I prefer to think of it as being a strategic stalker. LOL

LOL Thanks for the info. I'm trying to figure out how people post these crazy scores. On MW2 I can pull out a good 30+ and 5 or less deaths in domination, stuff like that, but on MW3 I never have rounds like that. Plus 8 or 9 is more the range I look for.

I became to reliant on One Many Army and was very campy, more of spray and pray kind of player. I had very few online friends to get a team together. Black Ops helped me develop in to more of a rusher. I had some really good games and made a lot of friends. In MW3, I'm more of a middle man(can rush or sit back). I usually play with a group from NJ. We try to set the team up with 2 slayers(just rush, rush, rush, no care about K/D), 2 middle man(good solid players you can depend on) and 2 "strategic"(campers) who help hold down a specific area depending on the map. Playing with a team will enhance your scoring. Playing in a public match with no friends is very challenging and sometimes frustrating. Best advice I can give is to get away from the rest of your team and slow down. I see it all the time, someone gets killed and they rush right back to the same spot only to get killed again. Slow down, there's no need to rush right back. Be strategic and work your way around the opponents flank. Let your team create the engagement while the whole time you're flanking around for 3-4 easy kills because the other team is focused on the rest of your team.
April 23, 201214 yr Author Another thing to think about is Killstreaks. While I could run with the high 15-18 killstreaks, I usually prefer to run 3-4-5. Most of the time you're going to get something good in a care package and the predator missle is good for at least 1-3 kills. If you get 10 gun kills, that's 2 predators and 2 care packages. 10+2+? = good game. If you're playing TDM, then 12 kills is a pretty decent range.

I have 4 or 5 classes set up with OMA. Set my KillStreaks at 5-7-9, get to 5 kills for the pred and switch to a hardline OMA class, get a kill with the pred and now have my harrier, etc.... I do go "around" the maps and not the center. I'm a decent player but just can't seem to get a handle on mw3 as well as I did mw2.
May 21, 201214 yr Author #4 has been posted - Ground War - Domination I wasn't even trying for one. Knew I was close, but never really expected to get it, especially playing ground war. I was pretty pumped. Try Hard class, MP7 and ACR, both silenced with extended mags. Ran with Specialist strike package.
