Jacob Dingle is out for the year and if memory is correct, just green helmets and no emblems. Junior quarterback in for 1st half and part of 2nd and then sophomore QB played after running clock ....senior QB didn't see the field.

New season now with district play and St. X. in 2 weeks. Still plentybof time to turn things around but as they say....Rondale Moore is not walking in that door.....

St. X has 4 83's......freshman, sophomore and 2 juniors.....guessing it is Ben Mueller. Listed as a wide receiver on varsity roster. He was a key especially late in the game. Would like to know his stats and QB Sullivans too. Saw him at lot when he played for St. Pats in grade school.

That is what the story was according to many sources and the word was that the boys attended the game and sat on the Male side. They are both fine football players and I think both were given the opportunity to succeed by the coaching staff at Trinity.

Heard that Larry was absent from school with strep throat Labor Day week on Tuesday and Wednesday. Heard he was told on Thursday that he would not dress for the Male game. Not sure if this was due to just missing 2 days of practice or if the coaches weren't informed he was sick. As a parent who had a son play for Coach Beatty, our son always called if he was not going to be at practice. Every parent and player knows this is standard practice. Also heard that the family decided that if Larry wasn't going to dress for the Male game that the mother decided neither would Manny. If that is the case then it's ashamed that Manny was held out. He has seen time at wide receiver and as a kick returner and done just fine. We went to the Male game and just noticed at the half that Larry wasn't warming up and that Manny had not been in the game. Thought it strange and then heard that they were sitting in the stands on the Male side. Heard Coach beatty announced to the team after the Male game that the Harpers had been dismissed from the team. Very strange few days in my opinion.

Impressive showing on Friday night. Not sure but thinking Woodley did not throw an incomplete pass. Knowing the system and being a senior means a lot in my mind. He managed and made plays with there was maybe nothing there. Expectations sometimes don't allow a player to develop. Woosley is a senior and he is a leader much like Young as a senior was last year. That worked out pretty well for Trinity last year.
