10 Good
  1. Van Sant started the last 9 games last year and is slated to start strong safety this year
  2. He was their receiver last year but they have him taking snaps this year... son says he may start at quarterback (his highschool position)
  3. My son tells me that their defense should be tough this year with everyone but a couple starters returning... says that there is plenty of competition at the quarterback position with a transfer (6'1") from Cincinnati State (I think) who can fly- not sure if they will use him at corner or running back (should be a plus on either side of the ball).
  4. correct- gets time on special teams and starts SS/ OLB for the JV squad.
  5. What an opportunity for you and Georgetown!... you'll be awesome!
  6. Patrick Van Sant, Covington Catholic High School, 6'2" 195, Sr. As tight end and wide receiver collected 7 catches for 136 yards and as a linebacker/ safety had 13 solo tackles and 3 assists against Newport Central Catholic in a 38-34 victory
