  1. I agree that all of the above coaches should be congratulated on a job well done. They have all had great seasons. I just really think Rick Thompson and his staff have done a great job with the expectation of this year. If 6A is such poor quality then that doesn’t say much for Northern Kentucky Football because five of the top ten teams ranked in NKY football are 6A teams and one of those will not even make the playoffs. I don’t think that the competition is weak I just think that it’s very balanced between the schools which means that you better bring you’re A game every week because anyone can beat you in 6A.
  2. If Thompson from Boone County doesn’t win it is a joke. His team was picked to finish fourth in the district after losing a ton of talent and they dominate NKY 6 A again this year. Trosper had a good year but still lost to Boone and they are a 4-4 team at the best 6-4. Thompson is 7-1 and could be 9-1. Mueller has done a great job but everyone expected Highland to be very good this year. The job that Thompson has done out at Boone this year is second to none.
