Hansbrough said on senior day this year that it was down between Florida and UNC. He was actually going to sign with the Gators but he went on one more visit to UNC and that is what sold him. He never mentioned UK at all during the interview.

I think UK should retire the brown suit, I don't think other coaches should be allowed to wear one, just my thoughts. Although if him wearing a brown suit makes them play like this from now on, I will gladly buy him a new one at the start of the season.:lol:

Did anyone else see this? I looked on their website and didn't see anything. I'm not surprised but I'm surprised that if it is true they leaked it before UK was out of the NIT.

It is a business and the coach handled the situation unprofessionally. Cutler has handled the situation unprofessionally, the Broncos organization handled it unprofessionally. Trades do happen and that is part of it, but there is a right way of doing things and wrong way.

So if you were a pro qb coming off a pro bowl year and you found out that you were almost traded from the media and not the head coach himself you wouldn't be mad? That is the main problem with the situation. The coach never approached Cutler and said I'm going to try and trade you. I agree it does scream me but the new coach put this thing spinning down hill by not being honest about the situation up front. He basically told Cutler at their meeting this past weekend that he did try and trade him and he thought he had it in the bag. This was after he had come out and said he didn't initiate the talks. That's not being honest.

It's a little bit deeper than that. Cutler basically felt stabbed in the back and betrayed by everyone from the coach to the owner and now feels he can not and will not trust them again. He's already put up his house and his parents house for sale that he owns he is how ever keeping his penthouse he has in downtown Denver.

I'll be hunting more the central part mainly around Casper where I live but I'm planning on venturing down towards Devils Tower and the Black Hills. Thanks for sharing that bit of info, I will certainly have to keep that in mind this season. I wish you guys the best of luck!

The way I see it, this season has been a complete mess for UK. They didn't deserve to be in the NCAA. The NIT has some nice teams in it and overall to me looks to be an extremely competitive tournament. I would think if UK could advance to the Semi-Finals or even Finals and win the thing it would be a great way to end a bad season and build some confidence in a broken down team for next year. That being said, an early exit won't surprise me and that would just cap off the already forgettable season.

I'm sure most of you guys are getting your hot spots picked out as Turkey season is less than a month away. I will say this will be my second season away from KY and I'm terribly missing Turkey season back home. But this year will be my first year of giving it a whirl in Wyoming. There are not even close to as many birds here as there but I've been seeing a few more here and there so the future will be bright. The odd thing for me will be a spring turkey season in the snow!:jump:

Today's game showed why Meek's isn't really ready for the NBA...

I'm gonna guess that after this performance today Meek's draft status went way down. He's not even close to ready. I can't imagine this helping Patterson's status either.
