The Greenwaves are down this year. No real speed on defense or skill positions. They are well coached and hard nosed, but just don't have the horses this season to make a real run.

Is he #4? If so, he had well over 100 yards rushing. Boone County tried to get too cute in the 2nd half. Boone led 21-12 in the 3rd, The Waves got a quick score. Boone had Meade's number running the sweep right. Rather than stay with it, the Boone OC got cute and went with a reverse and a fumble occured on the second exchange and Meade scored on the next possession with a deep corner route. I was surprised at the amount of kids BC brought, at least 80 or so.

Final. Good game. Boone made two crtical turnovers that cost them the game in the 2nd half.

Meade has a better focused power running game with Junior Nick Stinnett this season. A lot of power sweeps and a quick reverse here and there. Butler just didn't have any defensive answer for Stinnett who had 155 yards on 12 carries.
