  1. I agree about the defense. There is a need for improvement there... This game could have went either way...
  2. The only thing that matters is that the end of the game last night, Belfry won and Pikeville lost...
  3. "There was no poor conduct in this game. No unsportsmanlike conduct penalties. If anyone from Belfry got their feelings hurt, I'm sure it was unintentional." Were you on top of the bank all night? If you were, it is no wonder you didn't see the poor conduct on the field. #2 should have been out of the game tonight. Also, why did he stay on the sideline while everyone else shook hands at the end of the game? Before you say I'm whining- I don't have a relative playing for Belfry, but I have never seen Pikeville show such poor sportsmanship as they did tonight. They have a good team with a lot of potential this season, but several players need to readjust their attitudes. Pikeville football has too much tradition behind them than to carry themselves as they did tonight. Pirates-Congrats on the win, but the fumbles have got to stop! Also, what happened to our tackling? Pikeville-Goodluck the rest of the season.
  4. Your comments are an insult to Belfry. I think our coach did exactly as he was supposed to do, and NO I do not believe he would do anything differently if he could. You obviously know very little about our program at Belfry. As for your comment about lack of faith in our kicker, that is just wrong. Ask anyone who has seen Hoss kick, he doesn't miss very many (I don't think anyone is 100% all the time). We should all remember that not only are fans and parents reading these posts, the players are as well. Be respectful. Congrats to Ashland on the win. To our boys, keep going! The season is young and this game does not make or break us. We will only get better as the season goes!
