Oliver was at the blue and white game, but I didn't get to talk with him. He was a great player, it was amazing that he didn't play at KC until his senior year and was so good. I was told he has a son at UK, but I don't know if he is playing football or not.

Ramsey is 6'2' and weighs 205. He is running 3 miles a day and lifting 5 days a week.

Matt Ramsey finally announced that he will be playing at UK this fall. He agreed in February to become a preferred walk on, but he waited to announce his decision until after he took the ACT. He was recruited by Coach Joker Phillips who was impressed with his speed and size. Coach Caragher was also impressed with his ability as a running back. Matt is the only athlete from KC to play NCAA Division I in 25 years. Congrats, Matt!

I agree LC99! Who is to say that he won't be playing? Walk ons can make a difference and become very good players. CONGRATS JIMMY !!!! Keep your eyes and ears open, there is more good news that is coming out of Knox County! GO CATS!!!
