I was at te game and this is the year for Bardstown. They are getting all the breaks. Danvilles first punt had a ad snap. Left Bardstown in great field position. Danvile turned the ball over 2 times and gave bardstown field position. Bardstown has a good team, never said the didnt. As for being soft I still think if someone will line up and run straight ahead the have a chance to beat them. For some reason Coach harp waited to 3 minutes in the 1st half to do it. You cant run outside on the tigers they have the speed to run it down. I thought Danville did a good job containing the Bardstown backs. But early in the game and al night the over persude the QB and he made plays.

The most telling thing about this game was at Halftime I watched Danville walk off the field as if they had lost already and the score was 7-0.

Also #1 for danville for some reason when coach perry was talking to the defense during timeouts decided he didn have to listen. he was off to him self behind the huddle. Danville lacked intentsity to night.

Bardstown was ready to play. The had great filed position most of the night and took advantage of it that is what good teams do. Good luck next week.

FHS has a lot of talent, sounds like a case of underachieving or sour grapes

No a case of over acheiving. FHS lost 13 seniors off a 28 man roster. FHS was a team that started 4 sophmores on the offensive line. Only 3 seniors started on offense.

So in a year that FHS coaching staff looked at them rebuilding they actually performed better.

As for sour grapes. No never sour over a loss.

FHS had 7 turnovers that was the story of the game.

The Tigers may be 12-0 but the are soft. The have great speed and quickness. Thats all they have.

When they want to pass they change QB's.

whenn 44 comes in he is more of a blocker not a threat to run. Take away the outside and they can not consistantly run between the tackles.

Having coached against both teams. IMO Danville is the better team. The difference in this game will be he physicalness of Danville defense. I look for the ADS to go back and play power football and enjoy winning the regional championship.

Game was a little closer than the score shows. Frankfort had a game high 6 turnovers That gave them great field position all night. Thats just part of it. Frankfort was more Physical than bardstown , thats hurts them next week against Danville. The real difference in this game was FHS not having a QB hurt them this week. was unable to throw the ball like they wanted.

Bardstown has a nice ball club and some classy kids.

As for Coach Downs I lose all respect for him after last night. He and his Coaching staff need to take lessons on class from his team.

Bardstown will not beat DANVILLE. I the ADS defense is to physical.

Congrats to FHS HB antoine Robison he played his tail off last night.

I will not pick a score on this game. Seeing that I am from the City of Frankfort and know a lot of these kids and friends with some of the coaches, I will be rooting for them to win. They have the talent this year to beat a Highlands. The difference is Highlands knows how to win BIG Games like this one. This is one thing the coaching staff can not teach a team. I am sure that the caching staff at FC is working hard and is willing to do what it takes to try and pull off a victory. I just want to wish the kids and coaches good luck.

Dave Eckstein of Bellevue is certainly deserving of a lot of consideration.

Outside of St. X and Trinity the other private schools dont dominate anythig.

Just like public schools the two 4A powers have cycles they go through.

He has to keep playing at that level and Win a championship. The bar has been set so high at Boyle anything less will be a failure in the eyes of the public.
