Say what you want to about Bradley, but he brings it every time he steps on the floor and plays with the heart and emotion that all the players to need to play with for UK to be successful. While he most certainly does alot of things that makes you scratch your head , you can never question his effort and thats what I like about him. He is one tough guy that won't back down from anyone, any situation, and what might be his biggest down fall any shot hahaha. Good win , but man they made it hard on themselves.

He runs the program into the ground and turns tail and runs. Sorry I can't support that.

Prestonsburg returns nearly their entire team from this past year. Should hear alot of Allen Craynon next year. Had 2000 yards rushing and 27 TDs. Fellow junior Seth Setser has around 950 yards russhing and 13 TD's.

I am obviously a Pats fan. My avatar has been a pats helmet since i have been a member on this site, but more then anything, I want the Patriots to win out and go 19-0 just for the simple fact I AM SICK AND TIRED OF MERCURY MORRIS CONTINUALLY RUNNING HIS MOUTH! I had never heard of him until this year, and for him to be so arrogant as to say that New England isn't even off the interstate yet is absolutely ridiculous. The 72 Dolphins went 17-0 in a time in which free agency didn't exist. NE will atleast go 17-0 and while it will not be a successful season if they don't win the Super Bowl, I dont think there is any question that this Patriot team would beat the 72 bunch by 2 TD's. Morris' arrogance is mind boggling.

One that really really irks me about being left off of atleast Honorable Mention is Prestonsburg's Allen Craynon. Craynon finished the season with 2004 yards in 13 games to go along with 27 Touchdowns. All the the while he was splitting carries with fellow Junior Seth Setser who had 944 yards and 11 TDs himself. While all of the kids that made the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd teams are definitely worthy, I don't see how you leave a kid off of HM with stats like Craynon's. I think anyone that played Pburg this year or saw them play will agree that this kid is a player and deserved to be on it. Especially when you have a kid on there that has 1262 less yards then Allen does. Absolute joke!

Totally agree, I thought he seemed very short with his answers. When Leach asked if he thought that teams weren't intimidated by UK, he replies " I don't know, I can't answer that. You will have to ask their coach." While I'm paraphrasing , that was basically the brunt of the response and I just felt that he came across as a jerk. That was my first pre-game interview I have heard of Gillespie but i have heard that it is not uncommon for him to act that way. I mean he may not enjoy the interview but Tom Leach is just doing his job and BCG doesn't seem like he is interested in making in it any easier on him.

I'm not going to go and say I was a Tubby Lover, but I certainly wasn't a Tubby Basher. But in 10 years I can honestly say I never heard an interview as I heard today. No , Tubby never went through a 4 game losing streak, but I mean what does that say about Tubby ? Just a class act that didn't deserve the ridicule he did.

I started it because I watching the game and was curious if people shared the same opinion as I do of Eli. I'm sorry if this upsets you.

I don't give a hoot what Eli looks like or acts like as long as he plays well. Being angry to the point of yelling and screaming doesn't make someone stop throwing interceptions.

 

Lorenzen might not throw as many interceptions but I do not believe he'd throw nearly as many TD's either. I just do not think Lorenzen is ready to start right now in the NFL.

I can see why you are not a coach if you are seriously in favor of a team benching their starting QB who has already led them to the playoffs twice and is on the way to leading them there the third time for a guy who's never played more than a few minutes in the NFL.

How do you know if I am a coach or not? Besides, I am not seriously in favor of benching him, I just said Lorenzen wouldn't turn it over as much as Eli. Which is pure speculation on my part. Like I said, I am not a fan of the Giants, I just get tired of that look on Eli's face every time he throws a pic.

So you want to bench a guy with tons of experience and many 4th quarter comeback wins who has lead his team to an 8-4 record...in favor of someone who's never thrown an NFL touchdown pass. In the middle of a playoff race?? Are you serious?

Actually no, I could care less what the Giants do. The team I root for is 12-0 and it doesn't matter to me. However, if the Giants are content with JUST making the playoffs rather then winning the Division or the Super Bowl, or shoot even winning a playoff game then Eli is their man. Am I saying that Wright or Lorenzen give them a shot at the Super Bowl? No not at all, but as many experts have stated (ex. Steve Young on NFL primetime) Eli hasn't shown the improvement that the Giants have expected. Eli may have thrown more TD's then the hefty lefty, but he's also won as many Playoff games as a starter. With the likes of Tiki Barber (last year obviously), Jeremy Shockey, Amani Toomer, Brandon Jacobs, Sinorice Moss,Plaxico Burress, and David Tyree I just feel like they have underachieved with Eli at the helm. The G-men are 8-4 mainly due to the fact they are in a sorry conference and that the Defense has played fairly well all year (excluding the first 2 games). So now that I think about it, yeah bench Eli and give J-LO a shot. I seriously doubt he would throw 8 ints in the final 4 games , which would equal Eli's INT total the previous 4 games.

While I'm in now way a Giants fans, I think it is safe to say its about time for Lorenzen to atleast get a shot at the starting job in NY. Manning has 6 INTs the last two weeks, and now has thrown more INTs then TDs. I cannot stand watching him play with the "who farted?" look on his face.

Not really surprised by this one...Belfry is a totally different animal then anyone in 3A. They are IMO one of the top 3 teams in the state.

Are you really going to let your Brown colored glasses really let you say something like that??? Prestonsburg was up the entire game. We were up 20-13 going into the 4th. And then put in cheap one with about a minute to go when the ball could have been downed...Pburg gave this game away tonight.

I did see what was posted. It seems they played several teams more than once during regular season. Winning the second time around more convincing than the first, which you should expect. So with that, you really do not get a true since of the true stats as the quality of their schedule.

They play the same number of teams (2) that Desales played. Those are ten game stats.

I have not been able to find any stats on Prestonsburg. Has the team not been turning in stats? I have heard they run a power I offense and are primarily a running team with plenty of speed.

William "Bo" Harris, during the Basketball Blast-off here at PC the announcers were saying William. I guess he has decided to go by William during basketball.

Meeks looked good but Pikeville is terrible.

I wouldn't say Pikeville is terrible, just out manned tonight. Which is to be expected facing a top tier D1 program like UK.
