I agree on the second chances, but I'm curious to what word he used to get fired because if you lose your job over foul language its usually something big.

I doubt it Frankfort hasn’t been known for doing that. I think he will turn Frankfort around but, I also think if he get the job how long would he truly stay. If BE wouldn’t have went to Lafayette and complained he would still be there. So how long will he really stay before y’all looking for a new coach again? Find y’all a coach that’s there for the long run.

Primarily African American athletes, single parent house holds. Talented as all get out but have struggled with structure and discipline. Maybe having a coach that knows that culture and has made it out of that can help them.

I completely get that, and I'm not comparing him to his stature. I'm saying that young coaches have proverb they can turn things around. they could just be the foundation and structure that is needed and other coaches could coordinate. Honestly a successful program is just about having the right leadership. The Menifee guy has played colligate football under NFL coaches, has been under Eddie James, and Jim McKee. He has most likely learned a lot from both what to do and what not to do, and most likely can reference them for questions ideas etc. I just believe its more about he fit and making kids buy into something more than X's and O's a lot of winning programs do basic things, kids just believe in what they are doing.

He coached 1 1/2 at Franklin and has been a varsity assistant at Scott co along with coaching freshman since h left. I understand people having "resumes" but sometimes it just about having a good fit. Looking at the Shelby guy he could be a good fit for them. Look at hire levels of football young guys are having success. Look at Sean Mcvey there were guys with better resumes then him and look what he did with the rams. just cause u have a great resume don't always mean you fit. Frankfort has to worry about what guys fit their program and not worry about the guy..

Either way he can't be that bad to have an opportunity to coach at a powerhouse program and under a legendary coach.

Who ever the next head coach is should reflect the culture of the program.
