The district game against North is also a home game. The Rockets have 7 home games this year with a new staff and new facilities. Should be interesting to see what they can do this year.

Don't believe he had any ties to Shelby football except some little league and West middle. There were about 8-10 applicants. 2 of the current assistants applied but were denied initial interviews.

He was OC last year. Western went 2-9. Only wins coming against J-Town and Iroquois.

He was the OC at Western High School for a year. Heard through the grapevine that a lot of community members are not happy with this hire and SC has a lot of players questioning if they want to return to the team next year.
