Schedules dictate how the voting happens? Do what? That should make no difference at all. It’s the best players in the region. It’s not who played who.

I will promise you this is what happened. A coach said to another coach. Can you nominate all my 5 started and I’ll nominate a couple for you. Or, a coach falsified the ballots. One or the other.

It’s obvious that it’s rigged. I really don’t know how else to put it.

Yeah it’s a total sham. Looks like the small schools got together and cut a deal to pick each other’s players. We need a complete overhaul on the proper procedures to pick our all region teams. It’s currently crap.

Never said scrubs. I just said with those stats they don’t belong on All Region team.

Not bad against a team that starts a 7th and 8th grader.

I won’t name names but here are some stats and doesn’t include assists. Bourbon had a player on 2nd team that ave 13 ppg and 4 boards. Kid from GRC that made 2nd team had 15ppg and 5 The kid from Moco had 13ppg and 9 boards was Honorable Mention. The players from Robertson that made HM: 10 and 3 10 and 3 9 and 2 8 and 5

Ok my bad. I understand now. So other coaches voted for 5 players from Robertson? That’s funny. Again not taking anything away from the kids but come on now? I’m pretty sure somehow someway there is a person or persons with a little extra influence in the outcomes of the ballots.

That’s a sorry excuse for selecting an all region team. Honorable Mention is a joke. I’m not trying to take anything away from kids. Just give it to the kids that deserve it. One way to eliminate that is not let coaches vote for their own players.

I understand that they are good. Moco has 2 players that would start on any team in region. That’s my whole argument. Lovette got the shaft. Name 15 other players that Ave more than 14 points and 9 boards. I’ll wait patiently.

They should. What it looks like to me is Robertson County had a lot to do with this list.
