Campbell County has won 5 games in the last 2 seasons and the Camels struggle this year. Campbell County front 7 on defense will be better but the secondary is weaker this year. Offensively Austin Hoeh struggles throwing with accuracy so teams will play 8 in the box to stop Alex Dowds and a good running game. I see Dixie winning by 7.

Campbell County has home court advantage as they host Scott, Brossart, and Harrison Co. If Campbell Co can replace 10th Region 1st team players in Grace Issacs and Kyndal Curry then this team could open eyes and surprise opponents. The talent is there but can it take the next step.

This region is really a two team region with Scott and Campbell County but Harrison County Coach Bill Faulkner took his team to 31 wins and he was voted the 10th Region COY. Even with not playing her senior year, Jordan Tapp, (focusing on academics and Governor Scholarship) Scott seems like the hands down favorite to win the 10th in a four peat. Campbell County has a new coach in Kennedy Berkley and a new attitude but is it that enough for the Camels to return to state? Campbell County scrimmaged the Lady Tigers last night at home and I wasn't terribly impressed. Even with Jordan Tapp not playing, Scott will dominate a Camel team that didn't move well on defense and seemed totally confused with the rotation. If the new coach Kennedy Berkley doesn't figure out that #12 and #15 are the keys then the Camels struggle to get past Brossart.
