He also coaches club at CUP in the Spring which I'm sure takes up a lot of time, so not sure how they lift in winter/spring but they do.

Anderson is known in Cincinnati for their size, strength, and fitness. No doubt it is their offseason program that has allowed this to happen. If you follow their twitter they even lift in season and do Yoga. Programs can only be as successful as their commitment level. Anderson has great commitment from their kids, but it starts with their coach.

Great game and environment from two top teams out of KY and OH. Both will be very successful as the season continues. Could have gone either way.

Wow, tough go for Covington Catholic. Looks like the weather is going to hold off for tonight's game. Looking forward to it!

Is Covington Catholic battling some injuries? I've heard Anderson is without their main goal scorer tonight. May be a battle of depth?

Anderson proves they can win but haven't had an opponent like Cov Cath all season. I like Anderson's offense in this game, just depends on if they can stop CCs attack. This may be a shootout that will come down to who can score more.

2 strong teams out of NKY and Cincinnati face off on Tuesday. Predictions? Thoughts? Looking forward to some great soccer.

What games are coming up between NKY teams and Cincinnati?

Anderson beat Summit 1-0 in a scrimmage tonight. Looked like both coaches were playing to win with starters in for most of the game. Cov Cath will have their hands full with both.

Thanks for the insight. I saw Ryle and CCH last year. Fantastic squads! Anderson is traveling to Cov Cath I believe.

Hey all. New to the forum. I've always been a SW Ohio soccer fan but have just gotten plugged in with NKY soccer after watching a few Ohio teams play KY teams this Fall (Anderson & Moeller). Curious to hear who the favorites for 2017 are in your region? Also what aohio teams will they be playing? Thanks!
