AM I EVIL?

Newcath was outrebouned by Newport 38 to 29 in the first meeting. A few things contribute to the lack of getting boards. 1. Overall team height is down. 2. Only 1 big that doesn't play 32 minutes. 3. And a "4 out...1 in" base offense that doesn't have extra guys camped in the paint for said rebounds.

Ncc had their chances. Came back late from 11 down to force OT. Free throws.... turnovers.... who knows.

So which of the #1 seeds has a possibility of being upset in the opening round? Dixie and Ryle could be a toss up. Mr. Rankin must come ready to play for Ryle. Holy Cross would have to shoot lights out and slow down an athletic Newport squad to have a chance. Cooper can't overlook NCC. Previous game was closer than most thought. Kunkel will be Kunkle. Ncc has to play a perfect game. Ncc has a shot i think. Cov Cath..... i dont think they will sweat this game much. St. Henry won't lay down I'm sure though!

Thank you. Bashing other teams, coaches , refs just isn't my thing. It's been a fun ride. As far as living another day, hopefully make a run next week. Being an Elder grad, it's still kinda strange the 2 teams go to KY regionals. But I'll take it.
