Not really sure if it matters who wins because whether the 2 or 3 seed both will win their first round games. I guess the winner would get WV in the second round and the loser gets NCC again.

2 and 3 seeds are way different IMO. This is a very important game. 2 seed will most likely play Owen county and Walton Verona in the 2nd and 3rd will most likely play Gallatin county and NCC in the 2nd round.
