Any word on a coach or interviews? It has been almost a month. Seems like they would want to get the new coach started asap.

Has anyone heard what the timeline may be for interviews and a hire? Seems like whomever gets the job would want to start as soon as possible.

Can you elaborate on his coaching background? I'm just curious about the applicants.

I think Wilson left (he wasn't let go) because of budget cuts that effected his teaching position. He was very effective as AD, especially in cleaning up the mess left by his predecessor. Like I said earlier, if a qualified alum applies, I think it could be a good step for Bellevue's program.

Has Chad Montgomery, Sonny Rechtin, or Nick Wilson applied? I think this program needs an alum to take over and rebuild the roster, and help continue to move ths program in the right direction. Seems like someone who is willing to make a long-term committment to the program would be in Belllevue's best interest.
