These type of scores can be avoided, with a running clock you really have to try to score a 100 points in a GIRLS game. I know a lot of girls on the CCH team accept for the transfer from Scott which definitely doesn't hurt having her and they are all good girls. IMO this score is on the coach.

Missing the point he wasn't given the time he should have to the program, never showed up for workouts, he just wasn't dedicated enough and that's what Ron saw and it wasn't just this year.

Why does he deserve another year? The complaints were so overwhelming this year.

IMO Dan should have went to the feeders schools and pushed he did none of that and that's what I mean about running a program. He just accepted and use low numbers as an excuse instead of working on it.

Players yes and don't you think that they would know more than anyone. I also people who have donated plenty to the school went to him and was concerned about how the program was being run. Again I like Dan just don't think he is the guy.

I know a lot of players on the team as well as coaches with Dan being one of them. My point to all this is that Dan didn't run a program and what I mean by that is form the junior high on up. The discipline was gone, the arguing between coaches was ridiculous and not being prepared was evident. If you went to the game and couldn't see that then you are blind. This is all the things that Ron saw and when more than half your parents call the school then that's a problem and it was people who's kids played all the time. Also he never put the best 11 on the field and if again you went to the games you would have seen that.

Did you ever think that it was more than just parents that went to Ron. People who don't even have kids in the program and again Ron saw it for himself on the sidelines.

Why don't you just say it was the QB situation and that not close. Its how he ran the program as a hole why can't you see that. Just like the junior high situation that he let get away.

Don't think Ron wants it to be a stepping stone, if that's the case and he feels it is he will not hire that person. Ron wants someone long term IMO.

That may have happened but that isn't why he isn't coming back. From a very good source that Ron had more phone calls from parents it was overwhelming. Also Ron saw for himself what was going on so it wasn't just the parents it just confirmed what they were all upset about.

It has nothing to do with cleaning house. I agree some assistants need to go but that wasn't the problem and I don't get how some of you don't see it. Just because I guy has put in all this time doesn't make him a head coach.

No one complained when they won State Championships and relatives were coaching. Its easy to blame others, I like Dan a lot but he isn't a head coach and lots the team and not just this year.

Leadership wasn't there, Dan is a good assistant but not as head coach.

I know plenty as well and Dan failed to run a program and his staff. Also keep in mind Dan picked his staff.

Over all yes not saying they don't have talent but when Dale was there if was on both sides of the ball. Also most of those boys played football only that's a big difference. BW is dealing with a hole different type of situation.

When Dale coached there wasn't many that played other sports so there off season program you all talk about I'm sure was great. Times have changed the kids have changed, although HHS has talent they don't have near as much as when Dale was there. The kids have other interest and its not just about HHS football for them. Dale was a great coach but don't think for one second that he didn't have a ton of talent on both sides of the ball and you don't have to be from HHS to know that. HHS is not the big fish anymore, so it maybe something many will have to get use to.
