there are 2 Things I found very Disappointing last night. The Double reverse Flea Flicker TD up 5 or so TD's

there are some things you just don't do. No wonder people are pouncing on Highlands right now while they can.....And I don't blame them one bit!

Why is this board so quiet? HHS won a game they were expected to. Nothing new. And they ran a trick play while up a ton to run up the score. Also nothing new. Keepin' it classy!

St. Henry beat NDA in 2010.

I think Ryle's struggles this year hurts Bush's chances for Reg 9 POY. It's probably Smith's award at this point. But I think we'll see a St. Henry/NDA final. Like we saw in girls soccer, it's not your record or your in-state ranking, it's who you play. Cooper hasn't played a single team outside of the state all year, and they don't play Assumption, Mercy, or Sacred Heart. I think NDA is better prepared to take the Region 9 title for the 10th straight year.

Congrats to the most dominant program in NKY - 6 Region titles in a row and counting, and did it in a year when injuries took a heavy toll. Pandas also earned it the hard way taking down both NCC and Highlands. They are the class of Region 9 (even though the Maher rankings got it wrong pretty much all season)

I believe Saturday. And after 3 years, Ryle not hosting this year - I believe it's at Dixie?

Teams will be Cooper, Ryle, Dixie, St. Henry, Beechwood, Notre Dame, NCC, Highlands. No surprises here. I would expect the District outcomes to be:

#1 seeds: Cooper, St. Henry, Notre Dame, NCC

#2 seeds: Ryle, Dixie, Beechwood, Highlands

There is a prediction thread for every game on here all season long. Using your logic, every time someone picks against a team, they are trashing that team for their own pleasure. We must have different definitions of abysmal. Go read the Highlands game threads with 100+ posts where Highlands parents are trashing kids, coaches, and each other. This is a thread on a 5 year statistical anomaly that may or may not occur this year. But in your mind this is worse?

You know the sad thing about this whole thread is. We now have 3 page's of degrading but I bet if someone started a page of the good things we see these boy's doing and all football player's for that matter I bet it would stop at the first post. Sad sad

I agree with you on that. You know why? Because controversy sells newspapers, or in this case, generates clicks. And don't forget, this is an opinion based forum. And everyone's got an opinion. This is not the media. Independent media provides unbiased coverage. BGP is the opposite of that.

It is. But it all goes back to the fascination some STILL have with HHS. The biggest game in NKY is about to happen this week and people are still posting about HHS. I mean this poster actually put in the time to look up the stats for this one!

Your continued assertion no one should be discussing a 1 win team has been proven inaccurate time and time again, along with your assumption that only outsiders and haters are posting to stir things up. In fact, very normal and regular people are posting about Highlands and the year they are having.

The Cov Cath/Highlands thread is at #177 posts and climbing. The "Highlands???" thread is at #135. I think you need to accept the fact that a 1 win Highlands team is going to be discussed - and not just by people you find deplorable.

You never seen me say it would be better or belittle young men. Will it get better? I sure hope so. But if not you won't ever see me on here bashing boy's who in my opinion are much stronger and intelligent than any adult on these websites.
