Should be a great year for Madisonville. They have a good group of ladies coming back and should be in the hunt with UHA for 2nd place in the region. Coach Brent Gibson is a great coach and always has his kids playing hard and they know what they are suppose to do. This could be a 17 to 18 game win season.

Hope the cols can win but it's going to be tough.

Great game Madisonville!! Henderson will be lucky to finish season 5-5!!
-
I believe it will be a better game too. But last year was 42-0 at half that's why i said 35-14 this time around. Henderson just has to much up front including Mason Wolf 305 6"7 going to uk. Madisonville is much better this year and possible top ten team in 4-a. In the AP poll they where 8th.
I believe it will be a better game this year. Madisonville isn't small up front by any means. Plus they are finally getting healthy. Had 7 senior starters out against Central Hardin, 3 last week against Hoptown. -
Don't see Madisonville getting 125 yards on the ground vs. Henderson unless it's late in the game. Last year this game was a running clock at the half.

49-21 big moe

Maybe Madisonville in the ten spot.

I'll take henderson 35-14. Henderson to big and strong up front. Last year this game had a running clock at half.

Game at Henderson. Who wins and why.

For a school the size of Henderson Co, an awful lot of kids were playing on both sides of the ball.
They ran out of gas....
I would say the pick in the 3rd quarter when they were moving the ball completely changed the flow of the game.
That's why henderson can't win the big games they run out of gas in late in third!!
-
This will also be Henderson's second Colonel versus Colonel match up as Christian Co is also the Colonels.
As far as the game I expect it to go about like turtle said. Keep in close early then Cov pulls away. 35-7 or something like that for the final. Henderson just doesn't have the numbers for a trip this far and to go against a team that does have numbers like Cov Cath.
You got that right Henderson has 48 on roster and that's with two guys that are out. Cov cath has at least 70!!!

That's long gone. That year they just didn't have a punter. The guy they have now is Ave around 40 yards a punt. And the back up who punting the last game ave 38.
I saw Henderson play Ryle several years ago in 6A semi-final. Every time they lined up to punt, they would put a running back on each side of the punter, then do a Rugby kick or fake the punt. I don't remember being too effective. Does anybody know if they still do this formation? -

My prediction is two words:
Small
Crowd
hope your right so Henderson doesn't haven't to face a crazy crowd after they get up at 630 and make the long drive.
-
Cov cath wins because they have more weapons and players. Henderson again should play tough in first half then run out of gas. Henderson plays maybe 18 or 19 kids. I see first half score cov cath up 14-7 final 28-7. Hope henderson can give cov cath a good game to get them ready for ft.highlands.
-
Not sure why they can't get the numbers up but no sport has very many kids out compared to other schools their size.
-
It was 36-8 final.
-
Henderson held Christian county to negative yards of rushing. Christian had 4 turnovers. The game was over at the half 20-0 . Damion carter rushed for 175 yards. Great road win but next week they are in trouble at cov cath.
-
Numbers don't always tell the truth. They have a little over 2,000 but that doesn't always mean much. Ask the football team they only have 48 kids on football roster.

Should be a another great season for uha. Look for them to win over 20 again but most find a post player after losing their big center from last year. I do wish they would beef up their schedule so we could see how good they really are before the tournament starts and also would help them for the tournament. I would say it will between UHA and Madisonville for runner up and of course Henderson should take the crown since they lost nobody from last year and add a few freshman to the roster.
