This is a really cool idea.
I'll add one:
Tyler Bezold (Covington Holy Cross) to Dennis Rodman
1) Bezold played against Nick Ruthsatz 2 years ago in 1st round of district + during regular season
2) Nick Ruthsatz played with Quentin Snider in KY vs Indiana 2014 all star game
3) Quentin Snider played with D'Angelo Russell on the Louisville Magic AAU team in summer of 2013
4)D'Angelo Russell currently plays for the LA Lakers with Kobe Bryant
5) Kobe Bryant played against Michael Jordan 02/01/1998
6) Michael Jordan played with Dennis Rodman

And? Considering there are more women in the workforce and more women in college they may have an important voice.Pshaw! Those women should learn their place and get back in the kitchen! Their men will tell them what (and when) to think!
I missed the part where I said anything negative or that women didn't/shouldn't make up the work force. I was just stating, from observation, that colleged aged females tend to lean much further left than any other group of individuals that I've encountered. Nothing good nor bad about it.

I remember thinking Tyler as a potential D3 player, but I also have not seen him play in about 2 years. Reading on here and speaking to people around NKy, it sounds like he has improved immensely. Based on that, I really think now he could be a solid D3 player. How tall is he? Because if he's in the 6'3"+ range it would not surprise me to see him get minutes right away at the next level. And if he's not taller than 6'3", I would not be surprised to see him adjust his game to the bigger/faster pace so that he quickly contributes.
Good luck, regardless of the level he plays at.

I'd love to see the demographics of the 43 %. I imagine many/most of them are female college students.

Cool. Why is this news?
I know its historical or whatever. But I still couldn't name one other Quality Control Coach.

I'd love to see some sort of ranking on gun availability state by state and see if it lines up.

Mtn Ref, I'm surprised you aren't boycotting the Golden Globes too.
Host Ricky Gervais made a joke (that was quickly deemed transphobic and offensive) about a member of the Jenner family. How dare he.

Today's best? Steph Curry.
Now, if the playoffs start today? I'll take Lebron to lead me.

My siblings and cousins did this (I had a conflict) and said they DEFINITELY recommend it for teens and up. They said it was lots of fun and great bonding.

Hate to be a typical UK fan, but I don't remember any probably because UK is never/rarely an underdog at home. Therefore there's no need to rush the court.

I watched this happen live. I'm still in shock as to how in the world a player would think tripping a ref would end well.

Congrats to Ethan... I'm a little disappointed because I've been talking to one of my assistant coaches who have been recruiting him and I was looking forward to him being in the same program as me over the next few years!
But regardless, I am happy for Ethan and his family and I hope they find what they are looking for in Urbana. It's a neat little campus. :thumb:

I tend to think Sanders and Trump are drawing from the same well in certain regards. Obviously, the ideologies and desires of their supporters are starkly different, but I sense there's large swatch of the population who are angry and feel alienated by their representatives in government who they believe haven't been representing them but the more powerful instead.
Agreed. People are tired of the same type of politicians letting them down. Trump is an "outside candidate" for lack of a better term, and Bern is the longest standing independent senator if I'm not mistaking.

It's really tough to say, because of how little we know about North Korea. I mean, it seems as if every other month Kim Jong Un is publicly announcing a war against the US... yet we are still here. I do think it would be dangerous to be there alone though, because I imagine that communication with people of other nations is scarce.

Does anybody even take these are legitimate rankings, anyway? Head to head, especially when the games were recent, is much more accurate IMO than a computer's formula.

Before my time. Don't think I've ever seen the Reds to win a playoff series either.

Why is Cole out?
Cole played today.
-
This was the first game I got to see all season. Was really glad to see weapons other than Cole that the Colonels have.
Game was definitely a battle. Lots of lead changes. Colonels pressing most of the game. If CCH can limit turnovers they are a dangerous team. They play pedal to the metal for all 4 quarters.
Shoutout to Aiden Ruthsatz, too. Watching him play reminds me of the quote "It's not about the size of the dog in the fight, it's the amount of fight in the dog."

You know when you are more likely to make those shots? When you are already in rhythm and in the flow of the game. He never got there, and compounded it by forcing up bad shots. That isn't how you get going, it's how you end up with 8 points in a big game.
He had a bad day. Watch the film, learn from it and keep it moving...
For what it's worth, I think both of you are right. Not that my opinion is greater than either of yours, but I've played basketball just about every day since I was 6 years old and I've played against Weyer plenty of times.
Fan of Many is right in the sense that when you are as talented as Weyer, you can make contested shots and continue to take them even if you miss a few, simply because you have that much talent.
I think GT is right because every player at every level, does in fact have a bad game every once in a while.
Now, does CCH defense factor into either of those thoughts? I wasn't at the game so I can't say. But regardless I bet Weyer has a big game against whoever the Breds play next. He's one of the top talents in NKY and has worked hard to get there.

I agree with most posts. It seems as if this video is a message to men to become better Christian men. And many of the ideas presented could be applied to woman's lives as well. Would still love to see a video more slanted toward women, though.
So to answer the question, no, I do not think the video is sexist. (I know, shocker that I agreed with a Catholic publication )

WOW! Impressive dunk. Kid has got some quick bounce. That's gonna help him tremendously at the next level.
I was not at the game and have not seen any film. I'm assuming this is in a primary/secondary transition break based on how far the defense is spread? Just curious, because if I am wrong in my assumption and this happened in a walk-up/half court situation, it merely makes the already impressive dunk that much more impressive.

I think any time a high schooler can get his/her college tuition payed for, that's a good thing.
And if you have exceptional skills and work ethic, whether it be in athletics, academics, or video games, and you are rewarded, then there is a valuable lesson to be learned about the rewards of hard work. IMO
