  1. Would have made a great Championship game though.
  2. We can agree to disagree. SV was the better team, but i think CC was a close 2nd. Definitely not indicative of the seed they had. The biggest difference to me was how much CC improved through the year, and SV's progression has been kind of even since week 1.
  3. 44 for CC is a great athlete... lightning in a bottle, hes going to get you 2, -1, 8, -3, then break one for 50. The 2 kids at SV are DOWNHILL runners. I bet you could count on 1 hand the amount of 0 yard or negative yard plays they combined for all year. Rumor is all 3 are going to SK next year. I think it could be fun to see all that talent on the same field together.
  4. The SV defense was lights out, CCs only scores were the result of flukes...a TD on a tip pass (ala LSU v UK), and a VERY questionable offensive play call before the half that resulted in a turnover and another 3 points for the Camels. Both teams came to play, but CC had no answer in the trenches on either side of the ball. That was made pretty apparent when they went to an unbalanced pollcat formation (which I thought was against the goofy rules of this league) to try and get some momentum. Bottom line, if it weren't for SV getting in their own way the score could pretty lopsided.
