Wearing the GRC shirt you got me.
Blasphemous....

"To compare it to other KY schools that you all would understand"
"I'm not arguing MTSU is better than UK"
Number 1: On this site and in this state, "you all" is "y'all
Number 2: There are a lot of teams better than UK this year.

So, let me say up front. I have no problem with how Campbell handled themselves in this game.
It is very entertaining though to watch threads like this play out. They have a dash of irony, a teaspoon of bias and 3 cups of hipocrisy.
We have people in this and other threads commenting on there being several pages to this thread, yet they are a big part of what keeps it going. Then we have sarcastic comments about how the St Pat/Bracken boys game ended, all the while knowing that if the roles were reversed and the officials had walked over to their coaching staff and said we're putting time back on the clock, their or any other coach wouldn't have declined the opportunity. Then there is the claim of some unsportsmanlike conduct in the same game(St Pat/Bracken boys)on Bracken's players, yet no mention of their players taunting the crowd and using extremely vulgar language.
Again, highly entertaining.
Welcome to BGP...

None of those are 78 point losses.
So what is the "magic" number when a legit beat down becomes running up the score..?

Please don't win by "too many", GRC...

If the referees avoid calling "out of bounds" on the volleyball lines against the Camels, Camels win by 7. :isurrender:

No. I think that the home and away teams switch benches
:confused::banghead:

There shouldn't be any one team thinking they will breeze through the district and regional tournaments.... that's a recipe for disaster.... better come to play every game.

Going to SH, leading most of the game with a chance to win at the end tells me this team is still focused and where they need to be. Tough loss; but coaches will eliminate distractions and keep this team on track. Lady Camels will be there down the stretch...
-
Based on Campbell County's win over Male last night, I would say they've at least locked up the #4 spot for now if not moved to #3. Great wins for the Lady Camels, last 2 games.

Many good friends in that photo... and a lot of baseball memories. Thanks, LB. Just out of curiosity, what was the other sports highlight of your career?

I'm assuming this is Todd Brooks son?
yes

Prayers and condolences to the Cheesman family on such a tragic situation. I roomed with Callen for a brief time at Berea. He had a passion for the game which was displayed in his work with kids.

Congrats to Garren and his family. Kid works hard.

Referring to Days shot to end the 3rd..

In person, i didn't think he got it off in time but looking at twitter video it's awfully close...based on the buzzer.

The winner of this game is the State Champ. The top half of the bracket was so much more difficult than the bottom half it's not even funny. A blind draw is just plain silly.
Thank you for the bulletin board material... :thumb:

Should be noted that during the course of a sacrifice bunt attempt Colten Hartig fouled an 80+ m.p.h pitch off of his mouth. After being worked on by the trainer, and with lip split and bleeding, he proceeded to reach base and then pitched several more innings. Gutsy performance from a tough kid.

Prayers to the young man on a full recovery on behalf of all Camels fans and "hump nation"...

Not sure about playing time but he will definitely see more sunshine.... Best of luck to Dre. Great kid. Hope it works out for him.

Even though the Camels were not on their game tonight, I thought Bourbon County looked like a very solid team. When the Camels squared to bunt (and each time), ALL 9 players in the field for Bourbon were moving. Can't remember seeing another team do that this year. They seem to be very well coached.

Slap to left field believe it or not..... She actually had 2 hits to the outfield.
Danielle Orick hit a rope to the gap on a 3-2 pitch to send Miller home with the winning run.
