Scott Drew (Baylor) - - this would probably be the one that ends up getting the job due to his and Mitch's close friendship

Chris Beard (Ole Miss)

Bruce Pearl (Auburn)

Rick Barnes (Tennessee) -- Yeah I know this would never happen in a million years...

Aaron Bradshaw declared for the NBA draft but will remain his eligibility and enter the transfer portal

Rob Dillingham has declared for the NBA Draft and will forgo his remaining college eligibility

Cal just released a video on twitter/X that it’s time for him and Erin to step away from the university and for a new voice to be heard. 

According to Dick Gabriel, Arkansas offered Cal, Cal then took it to Kentucky to counter it and Kentucky said No.

According to reports Kentucky is gonna contact Danny Hurley, Billy Donovan and Scott Drew and make them tell them No they’re not interested. Then go from there. 
 

if they all three say no then UK could be in some trouble.

Yep. I think it’s Drew myself. He did just win a national title two years ago and seems to have solid teams year in and year out unless I’ve missed something

From what I read, he had interest and then Alabama boosters kicked in and kept him there

Kentucky has been working back channels today to gauge the interest of Nate Oats per sources. The $18M buyout appears not to be an obstacle. I’m told Nate Oats does not want to leave but Kentucky may still make a push. Now would be a great time for a Oats announcement

Jay Wright just gave a firm no to Kentucky. He’s off the list. 

Another report I just read states that Kentucky is gonna make Billy D tell them no again. 

First it was Dan Hurley on Wednesday/Thursday and now it’s Billy D. 

Reporters including Seth Davis is now believing it’ll be Scott Drew.
